Art, Science and Cultural landscapes coming together to celebrate the River Red Gum (Euclayptus camaldulensis)
Come along and join artist Lorraine Connelly-Northey for an in depth look and discussion on her featured works in the exhibition Red Gum. Lorraine will talk about cultural awareness, the traditional use of the River Red Gum and her artworks that explore these themes. Students will be given a unique opportunity to discuss one on one with the artist on any questions they have. This is a very rare chance to meet the artist and schools are encouraged to book their students in for a session times available one day only. Allocated one hour time slots for upper primary and secondary students are available between 9.30AM – 2.30PM . The spaces are limited so please book with the Gallery.
