Sal Kimber is a featured key performer in the Wangaratta Art Gallery ART + ECOLOGY Public Programs where Art, Science and cultural landscapes come together to celebrate the River Red Gum Species (Eucalyptus camaldulensis). This suite of events celebrate the exhibition RED GUM featuring artists Penny Algar, Lorraine Connelly-Northey and Damien Wright.
Join the Wangaratta Art Gallery for this intimate acoustic solo performance where local musician Sal Kimber, responds though her music to the North East Region and growing up around this wonderful species.
Sal Kimber is a local singer – song writer who has a national profile, touring regularly with her band, Sal Kimber and the Rollin’ Wheel. For more information about Sal, see here
There will be pre-performance drinks and a private view of the exhibition starting at 7.30pm. The performance will start at 8pm. Seating is limited.
