To help celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Wangaratta Performing Art and Convention Centre, this exhibition explores the journey from conception to reality. Harmer Architects have supplied concept drawings from different stages of the process and the Rural City of Wangaratta have supplied archived images from throughout the construction phase, including some of the old hall.
